Skills & Interests

In addition to the general requirements such as a diploma in health care and nursing, applicants need at least two years of professional experience and be ready to reflect and examine in scientific detail their ongoing professional leadership style. Students for this course should also already be equipped with special talents and interests.

These might include an interest in leading people, in business and legal backgrounds, communication, teamwork, conflict management skills, organisational talent, a willingness to take on responsibility, and being able to cooperate well with people who work in other professions and disciplines.
