I've always wanted to work in a profession that involves working with people - I was also interested in nutrition from an early age - my studies ideally combine these two aspects, says Stefanie Pechgraber, a student in the bachelor's program in dietetics at the University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions in Upper Austria . "You need a lot of empathy for my studies, you shouldn't be afraid of sick patients - and it's certainly important to have healthy access to nutrition and food!"
