In addition to the general requirements, students should also be able to offer special talents and interests for this course. These include the willingness for reflection and scientific discourse in professional practice, interest in social and public health issues and the need to support and care for people in their diverse life contexts. The profession of psychiatric healthcare and nursing offers a varied but also demanding daily professional life. For this the students should be mentally, physically and socially stable. As the Professional Approach in is extremely wide-ranging, an independent as well as a team-oriented work method is necessary.
