Job description

Paediatric and Adolescent Care works in partnership with children, adolescents and their reference systems e.g. the family. This comprises the care and nursing of physical and mental illness in childhood and adolescence, the care and nutrition of newborns and infants, as well as the care and nursing of seriously ill and dying children and adolescents. Nursing for the maintenance of good health, the prevention of diseases in childhood and adolescence as well as the primary health care and the rehabilitation of children and adolescents also belong to the area of responsibility of a trained academic expert.
