Official electronic signature
Below we inform you about our official electronic signature for official signed documents of our university management.
1. Official electronic signature
Pursuant to § 19 of the Austrian E-Government Act, the official signature serves to facilitate the recognition of the origin of a document of the University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions. The University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions uses the official signature for electronic signing and for the execution of documents generated by the University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions.
The official electronic signature of the University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions is to be represented by the following figurative mark, as well as by a reference in the document that it has been officially signed:
The documents officially electronically signed by the University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions show the official electronic signature according to the following example:
The official signature can be verified in the following ways:
- On the homepage www.signaturpruefung.gv.at
- By sending a scan of the document to datenschutz@fhgooe.ac.at
- By sending the letter by post: Quality Management/Legal, Semmelweisstraße 34, 4020 Linz
- By handing it in personally: Semmelweisstraße 34, 4020 Linz, Quality Management/Legal
2. Data Protection
If you submit a signature to us for verification, the data transmitted for this purpose will be processed insofar as this is necessary to check the document. After a positively completed verification, the data will be deleted. In the event of a negative verification result, the data will continue to be stored for the purpose of taking any legal action, but for a maximum of three years.
