A nostrified academic degree has the same legal effects as an academic degree acquired in Austria; it therefore entitles the holder

to use the corresponding Austrian (instead of the foreign) academic degree and
to exercise all associated rights, in particular to exercise that profession which in Austria is reserved for graduates of a relevant University of Applied Sciences (UAS) degree program.

A recognition procedure (EU/EEA countries) has no effect on the academic degree obtained abroad.
